Easy* to detach and reattach test specimens, and can be used with a wide range of materials and test specimens. The constant clamping force prevents specimen slippage.
Applications: tensile testing of plastic, rubber, film, paper, cloth, etc. *Chuck operation with foot-operated switch is also available (optional).
